I'm putting this out there since this happened once before on my last cruise and I didn't realize the price had dropped until it was too late (ie: as in after the cruise)... the dec.13-20 cruise prices have dropped A LOT... I contacted my TA, and unfortunately they've changed the policy so you can't get a refund once you've paid in full :(  BUT you can get an upgrade... so when I booked we booked a regular balcony and got upgraded to a 8K, and she said if I wanted to go to an 8N (extended aft) I could for free, or upgrade to the cat 11 (now called an oceanview suite?) for $250... it worked out super well since I had wanted to book the cat. 11 to begin with it just wasnt feasible with the 1500 price difference... so for anyone else this may be an option too!! upgrades are ALWAYS fun, and when they're free or nominal charge they're even BETTER!! :)  39 days to go!
