Thanks, Max and Jen.  Yes, we are pretty excited too (I guess that is why I have been on this site for the last 2 hours when I could either have gone home from work or gone out to sell some more houses to pay for my "cruiseaholic" habit).  Have you ever done a Christmas cruise?  We did last year, and it is the BEST!  I dare say that my daughter and I will ever stay home for Christmas again.  I'm already looking at the Conquest for next Christmas.  I love everything about Carnival.  My daugher (age 7, who went on her first cruise at age 1) and I have such fond memories of all the cruises we have been on.  Couple more posts, and I think I'll go home.

Yep, we're cheap too, but my b-day cruise on the Paradise next year is priced pretty good right now on e-saver.  We aren't sure if that could fit in just yet, one cruise at a time I guess, we'll see! I want my and too!  And my thermos, I need that......

Boy, Carnival's main site has been down all day for maintenance, can't 'shop' for future cruises & get my fix, just see the guy in the white jogger's suit tellin' us to be patient!

Well, you can always shop some of the other cruise sites.  Believe it or not my September 2010 cruise on the Valor I found that deal at JetBlue's website, I then went to CruisesOnly website, they had the same deal so I booked with them since I used CruisesOnly for my September 2009 cruise.  I did check out Carnival, but they weren't even close in price.  Oh and the cost of my 7-night (inside cabin of course) on the Valor for 2010... $309/per person.  How could I not book at that price?   Right now everything I am looking at in April the cheapest is $389/per person... just waiting for the cost to go down a bit.   Some people think I am a bit obsessive with my daily check out the deals search, but hey when you are cheap like me you do what you have to!  lol

I use most of the other sites too, have so many screens cascading to cross reference, etc.  So for someone who isn't quite to the point of commiting on another cruise yet, I'm just as obsessive, it's just plain fun & dreamy that way, especially if you can only afford to shop at the time!  I'd just about sleep in a stairwell if the price is right!
