What are good excursions in Belize?  Isla Roatan?  Cozumel? Grand Cayman???

Belize:  We did the Mayan ruins.  This is a great trip and you also get to see some of the countryside.  This takes up all of your time in port but it's a good excursion.  I strongly suggest an excursion in Belize.  The area by the port is not one to go wandering around on your own.  You'll be in a literal no man's land after leaving the shopping area.

Roatan:  Took an island tour.  It was just OK.  Wish I had gone snorkeling instead.

Cozumel:  We did the private island beach break.  This is a good excursion and had the best beach I ever saw on an excursion.  There's also a really good food buffet and an open bar.  A good day out provided the weather is good!

Grand Cayman:  Did an island tour.  This was fine.  The turtle farm was good as was the stop at Hell.

In Cozumel my favorite beach is Nachi Cocum...but you have to book it privately. It is a private beach club, and they only take 100 reservations per day. It is $49 per person and includes unlimited drinks and a 3 course meal. Just do a search for Nachi Cocum and check it out!! Awesome day!!

In Belize, my husband and I did the airboat adventure. That was fun and beautiful scenery. I would definitely recommend it. Plus on the ride to the marsh you get a city tour, I think this was my favorite part actually. You get to learn so much and the tour guide will be more than happy to share the history with you.
