Just watched the Conquest leave from Galveston. They have a beautiful day! I was sooo wishing I was on that ship!

I noticed something very interesting caused by the sun's glare on the web cam.

A face just at the hull of the ship where it meets the water, and then in the right hand corner, it looks like a Elizabethan woman wearing a red hat and collar.  Did a screen shot and then circled the images.

I like to torture myself watching her dock & leave.

 I watched the Ecstasy leave yesterday.  She had docked on her port side, so the cruisecam was showing her stern.  I haven't seen that before, but it was super cool:  when she embarked, she did the turnaround right on camera.  Very neat!

When we sailed on Ecstasy in August, she was docked that way. We entered the ship on deck 3 and took the elevator. They were painting the port side of the ship while it was in Galveston.

I try to watch the Conquest come into and leave port every Sunday.  It's my weekly entertainmet.  I will be on her when she leaves December 13.  I can't sit still just thinking about it.  Conquest is EVERYTHING good in my book! 

I just got off that ship yesterday morning! I hated to see the trip come to an end....

Cool pictures!  We missed this last Sunday watching the Conquest leave.  Can't remember why...Oh yes, we were at a birthday party.  We like watching it leave too, having seen it or the Ectasy arrive & dock yet though.

 I think here in another week or so, we've decided to go to Galveston, stop by the in-laws house if they are home & visit for a little bit & then be in Galveston to watch the Conquest leave.
