Hi, are you coming in the same day you sail?  You may want to look into one of the shuttle companies, a cab would be more expensive.  If you are coming in a day before and staying at a hotel near the Port of Long Beach, they may have a complimentary shuttle to the port.   When are you sailing, I will be on the Splendor on 11/29/2009, however we live near so will have a shuttle take us over.

    Happy Sailing,

    Carol

The cheapest way is public transportation. It will cost you about $5 per person each way, and will take at least 3 hours.

A taxi would cost somewhere around $80-95 each way.

Super Shuttle is $37 for the first person and $9 each additional for a shared van (could have other people going to other destinations).

There aren't any other options that are feasible for less than the taxi fare.
