Hey there Smitty... Sleeping in isn't allowed the day of the cruise my friend... lol.. No, I know that you are too happy. Get you some breakfast, and perhaps some expresso to put some pep in your step... lol

We don't actually cruise until tomorrow, Mo. We'll head to the hotel by the airport this afternoon to spend the night. When we have these 6:00 A.M. flights (most flights from Pgh to cruise ports in the South start with a 6:00 A.M. flight to Atlanta to catch a connecting flight), we don't like getting up at 3:00 A.M. at home and driving the 75 miles to the airport. You never know when you'll have car trouble or run into a road that's closed because of an accident.

Our biggest worry now is that the private shuttle gets us from Pensacola Airport to the Port of Mobile safely and on time. There are no Carnival Shuttles from Pensacola to Mobile, so we booked a private shuttle.  

Hi Mojo. I'm a newby here. Just thought I'd let you know you should enjoy that 40 degree weather. I'm southwest of Dayton and it's 26 degrees here! Now that stinks! Winters coming. At least I can look forward to my family and friends cruise in 126 days.

Smitty has such will power!  If I want any sleep as our cruise approaches, I'll have to borrow the entire box of Dottie's mason jars and sip-sip some z's!  He even made time to change his Avatar before his coffee I noticed!

Tammy, Mari, Rob & anyone who has been on a cruise this past week will wonder if they are at a different thread. With all the new faces here it will take some time to catch up.

It does seem like the Captain of the Conquest has reset his clock. Unless the emergency has made them late. Which ever one it is she still hasn't docked. In fact she's still not even coming up the ship channel yet.

Good morning Uncle Mo and Don.  Don, according to our weatherman, last night should be the last really chilly night for awhile.  The next week's forcast looks good highs in the mid to upper 70s and lows in the 50s.  Tell Jackie hi.  Max, you will learn to ignore that fool.  I wish Smitty wouldn't have explained anything to him.  I am not a medical person but I play one on the radio LOL but he must be bipolar.  I thought he was banned for good a few months back but just like a snake, he turns up under rocks every once in awhile.  Ignore him, maybe if we are all lucky, he will go away for good.  I have clashed with him several times but it isn't worth my effort, too many good people on here. 

Gotcha buddy.. I ended up getting one of the early flight's this yr, and I wanted to make sure that I could still rest before the cruise... I will be arriving in Miami @ noon the day before I leave.. Im meeting up with my buddy Deb later that evening.. We have been chatting on here since we first booked almost a yr ago.

Don   Right about now, Mari is probably kicking and screaming "I'm not getting off this thing."  I can picture it.

Oh yeah, I learned long ago to just step away from the curb before my filter gets clogged!  I now spray-paint all up turned rocks neon orange so that I know where the snakes are!  Smitty is in fine order today, he's got bigger fish to fry and better ships to sail!

That's the way we all are on that last day. We always hope that somehow they'll forget to make us leave. Lizz had the answer to that problem a while back. She hid in her cabin (or on the Lido Deck) when everyone else left and stayed onboard for another cruise, twice wasn't it? She showed them she wasn't leaving her Fun Ship!

Do y'all remember Tammy and Rob are coming home this weekend from the Glory.  We'll see who we hear from first.
