Error message while trying to view documents

My cruise is in 94 days.  When I go in to print my documents this message comes up

Electronic documents are only available for bookings paid in full. (MessageID:1204)

Is this because I have to wait until 90 days before sailing.  I have paid for my trip in full.

I was able to print my documents way ahead of time. I would recomment contacting Carnival and inquire about this. There might be a time limit and I made it within that time and you might be early. Like I said, contact Carnival and then you can let the rest of us know.

Re: Error message while trying to view documents

When we booked our upcoming trip online in July, we intended and selected to pay in full on our c-card, but when I got the e-mail receipt it showed only a deposit, I called the toll-free number for Carnival and the rep. immediately charged it in full and on I went about my business printing the docs.  Don't know if that happened to you, but they respond pretty quickly when called, I got it corrected in seconds with a revised e-mail receipt.  Either way they should be able to ge you squared by a call, give them name, booking # etc.  Hope this is somehow helpfull!  Happy Cruise!
