first time cruiser --- any words of advice or just want to meet up?

Sure i would love to meet up. Words of advice: Be careful for people touching your towels left on chairs. You can save your chair if you want but the know it alls on here disagree. They just elderly and angry because they cant move as fast as me to get a good seat. They like to take your towel and steal it. Have fun in the pool its open till midnight now on my ship so im pretty excited with that. I found out yesterday.

Bring your great attitude and don't forget your passport.  Bring less clothes then you were planning and bring more money then you were planning.

Take an extension cord and a power cord, they only have one plug. Take a large cup if you want large drinks, like coffee in the morning, have your own large cup. If you don't want to buy a soda card, take your own soda.  We normally just take a few 2 litters and buy them once we get off the plane.  We bring an extra duffle bag to put the soda in. .

Hi Janet I'd be glad to meet up. This will be my 7th cruise and 4th on Carnival. Looking forward to cruising on the Valor, have heard many good things about her.
