How do I get a picture to my profile?

Am I making things too difficult for myself.....or am I just plain blind....cause I can not find a place to upload a picture to go with my profile? LOL Can someone help? Please??

Go to "My Profile" at the top of this page and click. Once there click on "Edit My Profile" on the left side. When this comes up click on "Avatar", computerese for picture. The just go from there.
