    2 Quick Questions... Please

Departing 11/08 on Legend for Western Caribbean.  How does the Casino work as for Table games and slots.  Is it coin/token for the slots S&S card for the tables, all cash, all S&S card...?  Question #2, We have been told that it can get chilly on deck in the evenings.  I understand that "chilly" can be a relative question but can someone with some cruise experience provide some insight.  Thank you all...

Slots will take cash, no coins, or your S&S card. Table games also take cash or S&S cards. Tables exchange cash for chips. If you use your S&S card at the table to get chips there is a 3% charge. Also if you use your S&S card at the slots remember to go to the cashier the last night and cash out any balance.

The actual temp will not be that low but the wind will make it feel cooler. The interior parts of the ship are kept cooler and might require a light jacket.

Thanks Don for the speedy reply.  So, a hoodie or windbreaker would be appropriate to pack.  Is there somewhere on the Carnival site that lists items or services that can be ordered eg. flowers, candy, etc... or is it easier just to call Carnival?  We are celebrating our 25th Anniversary while at sea and I kind want to do something special for my wife that particular evening.

    Hey, Anniversary!

You can go to the Carnival.com homepage and in the gray area at the bottom, under Shopping, click on Gifts Onboard Delivery.  There's lots of stuff you can buy and have delivered to your room.

Also, DH and I took a 7-day cruise last November and the weather was rainy the first half of the cruise.  It was real windy and the sun didn't come out, so it was pretty yucky weather-wise outside.  It's a real good idea to take a light jacket of some sort.  Your wife will probably want to bring a wrap or shawl if she gets cold easily (I do!).

Have a GREAT trip and a wonderful time!!!!  And Happy Silver Anniversary!!!  Big Smile

Thank you Beth, I hope that we fare somewhat better as far as the weather goes.  We will make the best of it one way or another.  I'll take a look at the Gifts link and see what they have to offer.  See ya in a few weeks!
