    Pictures

    I purchased some pictures while on my cruise. When I got back home one of the pictures and the 4 wallet size pictures had a big black mark on my face that was not there when i purchased them. Is there anything I can do. Thank you for any help with this.

    Inquiries Regarding Photos from Past Cruise
    • All inquiries for leftover photos will be handled by the Guest Relations Department at: 83640.
    • Leftover photos are sent off at the end of the cruise to the Guest Relations Department.
    • Regular digital photo files are not kept on board due to the high volume of shots taken; ships may keep files for up to but not longer than a month but there is no guarantee on this.
    • Wedding photo files are kept on board for a period of six months, but this includes the photo file only, not the slide shows.
    • When taking down information in order to locate a photo, the following information is crucial to assist the photo team in locating the exact photo:
      • Ship Name
      • Cruise Date
      • Date the photo was taken and type of event (ex: formal night, casual night, etc.)
      • Backdrop or location (ex: Titianic backdrop, Cozumel gangway, etc.)
      • Description of pose and number of people in the photo with as much detail as possible (family of four, mom, dad and two girls age 8 and 12; close up shot from the waist up, etc.)
      • Description of clothes or noticible features and items (mom was wearing a red dress; both girls are blonde and wearing blue; dad wears glasses and has a moustache).

    If you don't have any luck, you may want to find a friend or a local computer club member familiar with PhotoShop (or Photo Elements) who can scan and digitally retouch your photo. ken
