Hello. My name is Jorge Barrientos, and I'm desperately in the need of
someone with a good heart who could help us out with this situation.
I'll be traveling with my girlfriend on this cruise, and would like to
add her sister to it as well. Their mother died Sunday morning after a
two-year battle with colon cancer (single parent). Before she died,
however, she said she did not want us to cancel our trip for any
reason. So what we're trying to do now is to take my girlfriend's
22-year-old sister with us.
Here's the thing though. Carnival tells me they are completely booked
and are at max capacity. And our cabin is not suited for another bed.
The only thing we could hope for, the rep said, is for someone to
cancel, OR for someone to switch us rooms for one that suits three
beds, OR for someone with a space left in their room to add her sister
(with this option, her sister could sleep in our room. This would just
be a way to get her on the ship).
The unfortunate thing is we have all three of our flights paid for, as
well as me and my girlfriend's cruise. We didn't get insurance. The
money is not an issue though. We would just like to spend this very
tough time together.
So, please, if you can help us out, please give me a call or e-mail. We
have everything ready: credit card, booking number, etc.
Jorge
