anyone else going?

I'm going!  Will be cruising with DH, our son and his GF.

We're looking forward to it as well. This will the first cruise for my son and his girlfriend. Have you done any of the excursions in Ensenada? We booked the Blowhole and Winery tour. Hope it's worth the $$.

hi! well as you know (?) ship tours are always costing more then doing it on your own but definitley  for Ensenada I'd do it from the ship. we' ve heard from others who did it they enjoyed it, for us we think its safer to stay in town and off the roads out of town .. have you looked at cruisecritic.com?... if you go to the "boards" section and go to where it says ports and mexico you might be able to find some posts  from people on it or advise, its a great site if you do it know it.We have fun going up and down the main street hitting shops and bars! it's a cute little port if youve not been there! B

Hi there.  We're going. This is our first cruise ever. My husband and I are traveling with our two sons, 16 and 11. We're going with two other couples. One couple has a 16 year old daughter bringing a friend, and another couple with a 9 year old daughter and 14 year old son. One couple has cruised before, but the other two of us haven't.  We are all soooo excited we can hardly wait. At the beginning of summer, we were all like, "bring on the holidays".  We've heard that we'll barely ever see the kids.  Any of you travelled during the t-giving holiday?  I wrote another note earlier regarding bringing psp's and gameboys. Not sure if we should let the boys bring their game systems. Any thoughts? And do the carnival cruises have a "meeting party" for those who chat on line? Our neighbors say that the cruise lines they travel on do, and they are tons of fun.

well if you want to bring and pack those things for the boys why not,..we ve not done this one at this time of yr yet but it ll be nice Im sure, well for the short trips this cruise doesnt do meet ups, royal carribbean does , princess does on onger trips,  so who ever wants to meet up can arrange it them selves Id guess..we always go to the bar on the pool deck when the ship sails!

My family (all 10 of us) are going! Can't wait. Our mom died a year ago and we all wanted to be together this year. So we will be celebrating her memory.  If you see some woman crying it will probably be me or my sisters.  

Anyhow, All adults except my 10 year old daughter. I will be having her go to Camp Carnival the first day to meet other girls her age. Anyone else have girls this age? I'd like her to have a great week and meet some great friends to have fun with instead of hanging with us old folks!
