Patrick:
This is coming from a devout Foodie. Your photography is great. The closest visceral reaction I can compare is when as an adolescent I opened the centerfold. I don't mean to be offensive or lurid, you can take my previous statement two ways....take it the second way.
Great photos!
Personally, I can't wait for Double Chocolate Melting Cake with two scoops of Butter Pecan ice cream and Baked Alaska on the side. Our next cruise is in 28 days!!! Yay!!! However, the Baked Alaska is usually on the last night onboard. Sigh! Right before they sing, "Leaving Our Fun Ship!", and I get really sad. Thank goodness my wife had the good sense to book our next three cruises all in a nine-week period! Three cruises times five pounds each = Diet Time!
We love you Kalyn Padget and Rosie Unsworth (our lovely adopted daughters), Amy Barton, Melanie Therrien, TJ, and Rick! The Fun Crew puts the fun in Carnival Cruising! Thank you Butch for being a fantastic CD!
I've only been off the Holiday for a short time, and I'm already having fits of melancholy. I guess unless we can cruise every two months, I'll probably never be satisfied again.
Our 7 YO and 6 YO grandsons decided that they would prefer a Thanksgiving Cruise to Key West and Cozumel on the Destiny to Thanksgiving in Orlando/Kissimmee this November. We must be teaching them well. Thanks for an excuse for my booking another cruise, guys!

We went on two Norwegian Cruise Line Tramp Steamer Cruises - Thank goodness we were too busy on our honeymoon in 1978 to realize how crummy the cruise actually was - Then they ruined our 2007 Hawaii Cruise that was my retirement gift from my wife - Two chances is enough! - Never again!
Our current future dream cruise is 15 days back-to-back on the Freedom / 8-day Eastern (Fort Lauderdale) and the Valor / 7-day Western (Port of Miami) with a 45 minute private shuttle ride in between the two Fun Ships.
