     Robin,

I do agree that people should be able to voice their opinions and yes, every company is going to make someone upset in one form or another.  But...on the other hand this person did go a bit overboard with their complaints vs outcome.  I can say this as I was on the exact same sailing as this user.

Somebody doesn't like cruising.  Wow over $4,000 to go on a 7 day Mexico cruise.  My wife and I will be on this ship next month and are paying less than $500 each.  I am pretty sure we have never spent $1,000 while on any ship even with excursions.

Hi!  Hey, I agree with you!  I pay my gratuities and I might spend maybe $20.00 (twenty) more on the cruise.  Yup, not much eh!  Don't have that much $$$, love cruising, for me cruising comes first and if I have no $$$ to spend on board - oh well, too bad!  I don't care, as long as I'm on holidays and having fun.

You have to remember that they were reimbursed for three days which means that it did not cost them what they said.  And I don't how much they travel but I can tell you that a weekend in San Francisco will cost as much or more than than their cruise.  Call room service at a hotel and get the shock of your life.  I don't feel it is just telling of a bad experience when they tell people not to go.  To stay away. And want ALL their money back.  I will come on here and complain about every thing too if I can cruise for free.
