Bingo cards are $10 each or 3 for $20.  You don't need daubers, as they are just push through holes that you push and fold over. Totally mess free and no ink or tools required.   Never, ever rip or tear a bingo card. If you do, take it back to the front and have it replaced. They won't honor a winning card that has been ripped.

Last cruise I was on, our dinner table mates won three nights in a row!  Good luck to you!

We played once for 20.00, but did not win, but it was fun. The couple sitting down from us won a 3 day cruise!

depends on what the game is..the first time we played I bought the 3 cards for $20 and they played ONE game. the jackpot was $500. I was a little shocked by that. The next day the capers advertised multi-game bingo and I think we played 5 games for the same price. The jackpots were in the $100 range. On the last night the bingo was for a cruise.

For 20 bucks you get a tripple card that....  3 to 1 chance of winning.

I tried the bingo.  I think the chance of winning is greater in the casino, and bingo is a waste of money.  You could sit down at a slot machine, play two hours with a 20 bill, and leave with 21.  Bingo, only 2 or 3 people walk away with some money, the several hundred others go broke.  Just an opinion.

I am not sure if I will play much for the money but if they offer a free cruise, I might be willing to give it a try. I do not play in the casino so not much to lose but a great win if possible.

I love to play at least a few rounds of bingo on each cruise. While the chances of winning are small, jackpot is small and it is a bit pricey, I don't play to win. I play for entertainment and if I win, it's a bonus. It's something that I never do unless I am on a cruise and I enjoy it.

Bingo is a blast and I never put a $20 in a slot on a cruise and sat there playing on it for an hour.

DH and I went to a lot of Bingo games (one of our ports was canceled due to weather) and it was so fun when you get down to 1 number left, you stand up and realize you're that close to yelling "BINGO!"

I've never played bingo on a CCL ship as my first one is in 2010, but i have on HAL and I think its a blast.  On the HAL ships they play 3 games per round, you buy the 20 dollar cards and get 3 cards for each of the 3 games.  There is a winner on the first two games always.  The third game is the snowball game and if no one wins the jackpot rolls over to the next day's game.  If no one wins it is absolutly given away on the last game of the voyage.  I know, I won over 600 in the pot and split it with 3 others (2400 pot).

I think CCL is not so liberal with it's payouts,,but I'll be there anyhow.

    Re: Playing bingo ?

I have not played on the Carnival Cruises either since my first is in 27 days. However I did play while on the Celebrity Galaxy this past Feb. I think I remember playing about 3 games there as well. It was very exciting. I got down to one number but no I did not win. Oh well. It is worth trying at least once during a cruise. Ya want to try to do everything on a cruise at least once. Right? Happy Sailing
