Thats great that the formal night is on Saturday. Someone told me that on 3 night cruises its always the day u are at port which didnt make much sense to me. I am acctually goiung with my boyfriend but if he decides to ditch me for the casino i will be sure to search for your big group haha.

You were told correctly - on the 3 day to Nassau formal night IS the same night you're in Nassau, it is NOT the night of your day at sea as that is also the last night of your cruise and you'll need to leave your luggage out to be picked up and taken down to the hold for debarkation.  But, if it's an overnight stay in Nassau like it was when my dd and I went, you'll still have plenty of time to party the night away after dinner.  Besides, you can always sleep in the next day!!

we just returned from our 3 day cruise to nassau and the formal night was the night we were docked. we did the formal dinner then planned on parting at senior frogs but ended up at the big party on the pool deck, that went till 3 am. You will have fun with whatever you do, you are on vacation!!
