I usually cruise out of Miami.  Anyone out there looking for a roommate?  Since its all based on double occupancy, Im looking to bunk with another woman between the ages of 40-55.  This is not a kinky request for all you kinks.  Its a genuine interest in any other women who find themselves cruising alone, and not thrilled with paying an almost double fare.

Or does anyone know a better place I can look for people in my situation.  Lord knows I love my man but he won't budge off dry land.  LOL

I know it was an "old" post, but I too like to travel and the hubby will not budge...he doesn't do "water".  I have found that FRIENDS are the best resource...I have been on 4 cruises with friends.  Our closest port is Mobile, but I have gone to Port Canaveral (2 times), Tampa and Mobile.  I wish I live closer...because you wouldn't have to look far...I would have LOVED to go...any time any place! 

lass1959. Mobile is only a few hours from me also. I am taking a cruise in Feb and had to drag my poor father along since no one else wanted to go. This will be my 12 cruise so i am usually willing. Mobile and Jacksonville are alwauys easy day trip. Let me know and maybe we can plan something for 2010.

I live in the Columbus, Ga area (actually just across the river-Phenix City, AL).  I have taken 5 cruises and looking toward my 6th.  I have been married for 30 years...2 kids (grown)...and a spoiled dog!

A friend and I were going to go out of Mobile on the Holiday, but work got in the way (darn that work....but it is what makes it posible to go!), now we are looking to Miami and saying Heck with work...the cruise is $149 to Key West and Cozumel on the Imagination.

My hubby has tried to accuse me of finding "warm bodies...strangers...and weird relatives" and in a way...I have...LOL

2010 is always in my thoughts...I like cheap and days of being pampered...and what better way that going on a cruise where someone turns down my bed, lets me order whatever I want on the menu and "hoot and holler" while having fun!
