    Documents

I printed out my documents and fun pass for our cruise...My question is..Do I just need one copy of all of these, or do I print one set out for each person?

    Thanks

    Re: Documents

Hi KathyC - I believe each set of documents & fun pass is good for all the people listed on the booking.  If you have more than one booking number, you might need to print one for each booking number.  When I cruise with the wife and kid, we only print one.

One copy will suffice for all. However, I always print an extra one just in case one gets lost or damaged somehow. I also put an extra copy of the pages with our info in each piece of checked luggage in case of any problems.

I would have to agree with rrb. A second Copy is great for "Muphey", that I thought you had them, or anything simular to that.  But i would keep the Second set in another Carrie on, just in Case. The same goes for you Passports, make a photo copy and put in in a wallet, for that Just in case. Plan for the worst, hope for the Best.

    Re: Documents

I made two copies of each of our passports, laminated them and carry the original plus one copy on our cruises.  I keep the original in the cabin safe and one laminated copy for each of us, just in case.  I have never had to show it but you  will need the original when you go through custome.

One good reason to keep a copy in your checked luggage as well is it's identification of the luggage in case the tag gets removed.  We usually put a copy in each piece - checked AND carry-on (just in case we get separated from our carry-ons).

All you need is one copy of your fun pass, your credit card and eacj persons passport.

We have always printed out one copy of our EDocs but have never actually needed them.   We usually through them out when we get on board.

The only thing you use from your EDocs is the last page which is your luggage tags.

In all of our cruises we have never needed anything else.

This may seem like a "no-brainer" but we all got very excited for our first cruise. Remember to print out or copy a luggage tag for each piece of checked luggage. We laminated ours so there were no worries if they got damp. Just wrap them around the handles and staple tyhe ends together and you're good to go!
