I don't know how the purser's desk could arrange for stamps in your passport book as the only way to get an official stamp is to have an agent of that country perform the task. I haven't had a stamp in my passport book for quite some time except for entering Mexico via air. The US and most of Europe are pretty inconsistent, usually not stamping.

By the way, your post went to moderation because you used the 'p' word - passport.

 We have had our passports stamped at each port of call!  You just have to ask someone at the port as to where you have to go and get it done. In Grand Cayman for example, the office was right near where you come a shore. In Belize, the office was in the shopping area! Yeah, the shopping area!  Strange huh?  Ocho Rios had a office right next to the ship!  allin all, you willjust have to ask someone from the island that you visit!  If you go to Grand Cayman and visit Hell, they will stamp your passport for you. It's not every day that you go and come from Hell!

We were unable to get ours stamped in cozumel even though I asked.
