the pelican:I want to get a pass to the Thalassotherapy pool for my wife, I've heard the cost is approx $150.00 for the week, I've called Carnival and they can't answer that one for me, do you have any idea?.
Ron,
The Spa pass for non-spa cabin cruisers is $35 per person per day or $150 for the 7 days. For you and your wife it would be $70/day or $300/week. That's a whole lot of money to pay for a glorified hot tub, which is what the Thalassotherapy pool is. I know, it looks like a pool in which you can swim, but it's a hot tub with a really funky and uncomfortable seating system in one part of it and scary dragons hanging overhead. I'd say total capacity is about 20. I used it a few times and was probably less relaxed than when I went in because of all the people that were using the area without a pass, trying to turn it into a party area.
If you're contemplating buying a pass, ask for a tour on the first day and see if the steam rooms and hot tub are worth it to you.
