There are flu concerns all over the world, and the WHO is considering raising the pandemic level from 5 to 6. Yes, this is current news, not one month old.

That aside, there is no more danger in going to Ensenada than going to San Diego. In fact, I haven't heard of any H1N1 cases in Ensenada, while there have been several in San Diego.
