I called today and got put on hold forever!!!!!!!! I paid $380 to go on this cruise to Mexico and now it is going to Catalina Island. Unlike you I received a call. I only had this time off and had no clue how long the swine flu would last so I kind of had to go. So they offered me a room upgrade. I went online last night and the same room that they upgraded me to was less than what I originally paid. So I called to see if they could credit me the money and they said NO!!! First off Catalina Island is so expensive. Mexico your money goes a long long long way. It would have just been nice of them to credit the 40 to 60 dollar difference. Not like they wouldn't have gotten it back from the bar or maybe for the first time I could of tried that restaurant that charges.

Okay, my first opinion of you was correct. Why in God's name would you think that growing up in the 60's means free love? You have a dirty little mind, you go trolling for *** with young girls on cruises, and you think you are better and deserve more than your fellow Carnival cruisers.

I am delighted that you won't be on my cruise, and I hope that your parents are disappointed that they raised a child such as yourself. Hope you grow up before the real world catches up with you.

That's what caught my attention - that signature line.  Oh well.

 The "Always treat every cruise like it is the last one you are going to go on"is a glitch in our system that attaches itself to any anonymous poster. We are currently working on resolving the issue. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.

So I went on the cruise and Catalina is NO!! MEXICO!!! We never even left LA county! Not one bar even came close to the fun party that awaits you at Papas and Beer. And every passenger that I talked with about the switch from Mexico to Catalina was equally upset. In fact a group of about 20 girls had shirts on that said Annual Ensenada Cruise. Getting on and off the ship and back on in Catalina is a HUGE HASSLE. In Mexico you just walk right off the ship, in Catalina you have to take a boat from the ship to the island, and you would think Carnival would have more then four small boats taken passengers back and forth. By the way Mexico is way less expensive then Catalina, but that was a no brainier. Even the comedian cracked jokes about Carnavil not taking us to Mexico. And not one of you who has only good things to say about Carnival came up to me. I guess you blogers can't handle face to face debates. So keep hiding behind you Carnival work computers talking S@#T about your customers, next year you won't be seeing our group on your cruise line.

Because, of course, you were forced to go. Excuse me one second while I wipe the tears off of my computer screen. You could not rebooked a different date? Oh, you could. My bad.
