hello to all that are going to be on this cruise .. this will be our 8th one from norfolk  Its great cause norfolk is only 1.5 hrs away .. is there anyone else here that is going to be on this cruise ?   a little more then 4months till we get on the way ..we re not packing yet but we talk about what we are going to need to get to pack

hello thats great that yall have a big group going should be fun .. so what is yalls favorit nfl team ...?  yes counting down the days and watching for any price drops .. like that on board credit ..lol helps with the bar tab .. where are yall coming from ?

I ALSO COULD USE EXTRA MONEY FOR MY BAR TAB. MY KIDS SAY MY FAVORITE FOOD IS BEER. I DON'T KNOW WERE THEY GET THAT IDEA FROM LOL.

ANYWAY, WE ARE HERE IN NORFOLK  SO GETTING TO THE SHIP IS A BREEZE COMPARED TO WHEN WE SAILED OUT OF FLORIDA. ARE YOU PLANNING ANY EXCURSIONS.ME AND MY BOYS ARE LOOKING TO PLAY A ROUND OF GOLF AT ONE OF THE PORTS. WE ALSO WOULD LIKE TO DO THE YELLOWBIRD PARTY BOAT. ANOTHER HOT SPOT YOU NEED TO LOOK INTO IS SENOR FROGS.WE WENT THERE IN SAN JUAN AND HAD A BLAST. ALOT OF FUN.

I am also going to be on the cruise! My husband I are from Chesapeake and this is our second cruise. We did this same cruise two years ago. We are going for our 20th anniversary. Our daughter didn't want to go and have to miss school so she gets to stay with Nana.

We still haven't decided on the excursions yet. Last time we did the Ardastra Gardens tour, Pearl Island snorkeling with the singrays and the city tour in Freeport. All in all we had a great time.

THAT IS GREAT THAT YALL ARE SO CLOSE TO THE PORT BUT I GUESS 1.5 HRS IS NOT TO BAD WE LEAVE AND STOP FOR BREAKFAST AND ARE READY TO GET ON BOARD ASOON AS THEY WILL LET US CANT WAIT OUR 1ST YEAR WITH A BALCONY ROOM ...YESS .WHAT KIND OF ROOM  ARE YALL GETTING .YES WE GOT SENOR FROGS EVERY YEAR AND THEN WALK THE SHOPS STOPPING AT THE LIQUOR STORES TO GRAB A BEER CAUSE AS LONG AS THEY ARE IN A BAG YOU CAN DRINK THEM ...MY WIFES TEAM IS THE COWBOYS ...WE HAVE DONE ALOT OF THE TOURS OVER THE LAST 8 YEARS SO I NOT SURE WHAT WE ARE GOING TO DO I KNOW ONE DAY IS THE WALKING AROUND DAY ..LOL SHE LIKES HER SHOPS ..LOL SO I HOPE THE SLOTS ARE LOOSE AGAIN THIS YEAR ..LOL YES GETTING EXCITED BUT WIFE SAID TO EARLY TO START PACKING ...MIGHT HAVE TO GO AND GET SOME BAR COUPONS ....

Hi There Everyone. Me and my financee is all booked and ready to sail. Room 9222. This is the 2nd cruise we have taken. We did the same one last Oct. We had a blast.. Other then staying lost we had fun.

We did not book any shore things last year,But this year We are doing to snorkel at Blackbeards. We did a lot of shopping. The Straw Hut rite at the port is a sight to see.. I think the only saying there is " com here pretty lady spend your money". But it was fun.

Hoping to hear from some others that are sailing on this cruise. And wishing Everyone a great time

hello and welcome aboard yes wife and i were on that oct cruise last year to ..we are probly doing blackbeards again this year its a nice beach..when we get to the 2nd port if you take a shuttle its $5 perperson to get to the goodshoping areaand you can walk across the steet to the beach and a casino . and if you are gambling there you can get free beer ..yall are at the front and on a good deck to be on close to the pool .. we got the back but on upper but it was a extended balcony 1st time with a balcony

My significant other, Mike & I will be cruising with you this year. We did the 3 day Cruise to Nowhere last year out of Norfolk.  We are coming from Manassas, Virginia.  Looking forward to another great time.  No excursions planned but we have both been to the Bahamas before so will just play it all by what ever we feel like doing. 

My husband and I will be on this ship in Oct.  Our 2nd cruise, 1st one with Carnival. We also went for the balcony this time and we are really excited. We are celebrating our 50th birthdays and 24th anniv. We have 2 other couples traveling with us.  We are trying to figure the best snorkeling trip and appreciate any other tips people can offer. we live in va beach so its a quick trip to the ship:) Can't wait!!!

hi there! this will be my husband's and my first time cruising. this is to celebrate our second wedding anniversary, and is pretty much our honeymoon. we are excited to go, and our going will another couple friend(s) of ours. are there any tips or anything i should know for this?

My wife and I will be observing our 30th wedding anniversary this month and this cruise is a continuation of our celebration.

Does anyone know if our friends can drop us off at the terminal or do they have to take us to the parking lot?

You can be dropped at the terminal. That's how we do it and it's no problem just expect to have long lines getting into the dropoff area but the porters do a great job getting your luggage and getting you headed in the right direction.

Hi everyone! My hubby & I are first time cruisers on this Oct 18th cruise as well :-) We are from Richmond, Va & this will be in celebration of my hubby's return from his first deployment to Iraq! Anyone have any advice since this will be our first cruise? I have thought of a couple of questions :-)  How do you know which nights will be the elegant dinners? We have already booked the Atlantis Beach Day & the Sea & See Tour in Nassau and the Dolphin Close Encounter in Freeport. Should we carry cash with us for these excursions for food & souvenirs or will we be able to use our Sail & Sign/Credit cards for everything? Any info would be much appreciated! Thanks so much!
