    need Nassau help! ...... excursions

Ok- I'm days down until our cruise now and I would just like any ideas on the best excursion for a few beautiful hours on a beautiful (kind of quiet) beach.......

We are sun-ladies (we know it's bad for us) - my daughter is only 18 and kind of laid back - I'm torn if I should do the party boat OR just go to Atlantis' beach or something- my top priority is a beautiful beach- my second priority is having at least an hour to sit on it- my third priority is FUN (i think we will have plenty of that on the ship) let me know your thoughts PLEASE!!!

    THANKS NICE PEOPLE!!! Big Smile

Re: need Nassau help! ...... excursions

Hello! We don't leave for our first cruise until March but I would love to know how this beach trip went for you! It sounds like a nice affordable getaway and if it went well for you, I'd like any tips you have so we can do it too! Were you able to walk to it? Did you have to go inside the hotel to get your day passes? What's included in the cost of the pass? Thanks! -Angie

FYI - if you don't want to eat AT the BC Hilton, there's a little conch cafe just across the street that has some good prices and great food.  I'm pretty sure if you have a wrist band from the Hilton you can enter, leave and re-enter.  Try that instead for a more local feel to your lunch!

Can't say about the cost but I CAN confirm that the BC Hilton is just blocks from the terminal - you'll see it as you're pulling into port, it's just past Senor Frogs and the Straw Market.  EASY walk there and back!  Also, I'd be willing to bet that you don't have to book in advance, just probably walk in and go to the registration desk or the concierge desk.  At least, that's what I'd do!

I read somewhere recently that it was $40, but they would give you a lunch voucher.
