I was searching to see if my cruise price went down at all and it said there was nothing available for that date... that means the ship is full??  But I only see a handfull of people on the boards...  There must be alot of people that don't read these posts (not like me, since I'm addicted to it)!!    Anybody out there sailing out of NYC on the 3rd of July?

there is several "open" cabins. We will be on the ship same date and I have got an upgrade and OBC. go to Carnival.com...then Find a cruise... then specials... then to the right fill in the info. as you can then see there is several cabins not booked. Were are you from?

Thanks, I will try that today. We're from NJ- traveling with 2 kids ages 8 and 13. I don't see many people responding to the roll call. I'm getting worried!  I thought they would have lots of kids to 'pen pal' with before the cruise.

my sister just called, and she suggested to cancel the trip because of the Swine Flu, so, I start searching to see what other people (on the same boat) think? Oh, the cruise price went down like about 20% compare with the time when we confirm the booking. P.S. thank you for starting the roll call =)

Oh I would not even think of cancelling. We're not sailing to Mexico and I think we have the same chance of getting the swine flu during everyday activities.   I did see a price reduction on my room type but I have made the final payment already and they won't adjust the price now. oh well... Happy Sailing
