We are cruising out of New York July 13th on the Triumph to Canada. One of our ports of call is St. John, New Brunswick and I am looking at Carnival's shore excursion to St. Martin's. We have four kids and this excursion looked like a nice way to see a little more outside of the port of call.

Has anyone taking this one - is it worthwile?

Do you get a chance to see the reversing falls on the way to St. Martins?

We did the Canada cruise a few summers ago -- loved it!  In St. John, New Brunswick we did the trolly tour which was good -- went to the Bay of Fundy and the timing didn't work in our favor to see the reversing falls.  Lots of history there and a good story about Benedict Arnold.  Just be sure to pack a jacket as was very cool that day and the fog rolled in as the ship (Victory) pulled out of the port.  Couldn't see a thing!  And be forewarned that if the ship sails thru lots of fog, the fog horn will make you jump out of your skin if you're out on the Lido deck!  Was so funny!
