Awww, you leave me with the hard choice of choosing a time.. lol.. Im easygoing also BFF. I think if we could plan on meeting @ 1pm on Monday November 16th that would be good. Hi everyone! I just found Carnival Connections, we have always posted on the Cruise Critic site. I didn't read all the posts, but see that quite a few people are here. My husband, Mike  & I will be flying from Atlanta on Saturday & arriving about 9AM. We will be meeting my sister & brother-in-law, who are driving down from Jacksonville. This is our 9th Carnival cruise.

Hello All,

Sorry I've been out of touch for a while.   We had a BIG scare with Darrell in the hospital for almost a week.    He's okay now but it was scary and we didn't know if we would be able to take this cruise or not.   He woke up in ICU and that was the first thing he wanted to know...if we could still take our trip.   I'm a nut after all this and haven't packed a thing yet.   We plan to do that today.   Still trying to catch up on my sleep cause you don't get any sleep in a hospital.  Need this trip more than ever now.

 Meeting time sounds good.   We'll try to make it.   Booked the Sunny Liston tour in St Thomas.   Darrell mentioned doing the deep sea fishing at HMC but I can't find any good info about it whether it's any good or not.  

Let's all stay healthy and make it to Miami safely so we can have a wonderful cruise!     Hope the weather is good for us too.

 I'm so glad that Darrell is better.  I know how disappointing it would have been.  I have been avoiding everyone that even looks sick, as I definitely don't want to be sick or miss this trip.  Between work, family etc.  It has been hectic for us as well.  We have not even gotten the suitcases out yet, but that is our goal for today.  I don't care if we stay up all night, we will be packed today! 

Hope that you will be able to meet us at the piano bar.  I will be so happy when I set foot on the Liberty.

Debbie,  While I am not on this cruise, I have sailed on the Liberty once.  It was first week of Jue 2008.  For me, it immediately became my favorite Carnival ship, and I have been on 5 different Carnival ships.  You guys will love it, not dark at all, its pretty bright and cheery everywhere on the ship.  Gee, even the areaa where you wait for the elevator have a bright, light toned cheery effect.  What is your itinerary?  No matter what the itinerary, you guys will have a super time.

The pics on our profiles are kinda small.. If you post your pic there at least the pic will be normal size... I look foward to meeting you all there.

Hey Mojo.....I tried to post a pic on here and couldn't figure it out.  I looked at the cruisefellows and didn't even see a place to post a pic.   I guess I'm just technically challenged!   I'll keep trying though.
