Good afternoon BFF.  My day is going to end in a few hours.  Sorry that yours is just beginning.  You will be in Miami way before us.  The funny part is that our flight leaves Phila at 6am.  We could drive there quicker!  Which means that we will be leaving home at 3am!  That is why I took a vacation day on thursday as well.  I will send you my cell phone number in an email as well.  That way, you can call me when you are ready to meet up.  I'm sure that Harry will eat dinner and then go back to the room to rest.  Me  I will be all wound up and not ready to sleep.  Even if I get to bed at midnight, that will give me 8 hours and I will be good to go.  I will be too excited to sleep anyway.

Hey there BFF... You know I like seeing you on the DC, you know you are family so come on more often.. smiles.. Yes I will be arriving in Miami early but I think I will have to wait at the hotel for my room to come available.. I know when I get to the airport, I will call the hotel for a shuttle to pick me up.. It's free so that makes me very happy.  I will not be able to get into the room until 3 so I will just chill out there, and perhaps snooze for a few mins.. I think meeting up that evening for a drink and chat would be fine... I plan on turning in @ midnight/ 1ish so that I can get a full night's rest. The commute from my  hotel to the port is about 10 mins, so it will not take long at all for us to get to the ship... I can vision my Liberty already. Hope you are having a great weekend my friend, you deserve it.

Hello BFF!  I am usually on the the site, but mainly read the dailys.  You may be lucky and get into your room early.  Usually if the room is clean, they will let you in before check in time.  I'm hoping that will be the case for you, that way you can get a nap in and relax til dinner.  We won't have that problem as our flight is not due in til 2:42 and we are not far from the airort either, but by the time we get our luggage and a cab to the hotel, it will be after 3.  I hope that our hotel room has a view of the port, since we are right on it and with any luck I will be up early enough to see the Liberty pulling into port.  I never sleep well in a hotel, so I'm sure that I will be up early. Worst case I will go outside and find an area where I can watch her.  Do you have any idea what time they usually come into dock?  I know that it says 8am, but I am sure that they are there earlier.  I would love to get a pic in the Miami harbor as it is being docked.

I have had a busy weekend, but got alot accomplished, so I will say that it has been a good one.  I still have two projects that I need to complete for work, so I got to get back to it, but... you know that I can't stay away from this site.

Goodmorning BFF... I hope that I am the lucky one to have my hotel early... It would be nice to nap in the conforts of my hotel instead of the lobby lol. I would so love to get to the port before the ship comes in...  That would be cool.. I may have to see if I can get down there and make that happen.. lol.. The ship usually comes in @ 7-730ish.... Granted if there is no delays from weather.. I know that it will be crowded with Carnival loading up the dock with the food and liquors and other goodies.. lol. I sooooooo can't wait.

Hello BFF!  We can see the ships from our hotel, but I'm not sure that we will have a view from our room, so now that I know what time it is due in, I can go outside to see it dock.  I am usually up at that time anyway.  I know that Harry will be sleeping, but that is OK I don't mind going out by myself.  Not sure what the others will be doing, but if the weather is good, I will be out there. 

I am still plugging along at the list of things that I want to get done before I go.  It is getting smaller and I have a plan for each day.  So I am sure that by Thurs the day before we leave that I will be done.  I am counting down the days left at work.  I have 7 more to go.  That is sweet!  This week is pretty booked, so they should go fast, and then just 3 days next week.  YEAH!!!! 

I spoke with one of my friends that is going with us last night and we planned out what clothes we are going to bring.  We decided that shoes weigh the most so we are trying to plan around not bringing alot of them, which is hard for me - but I will do it!

Good morning BFF.  I wish that I could be done packing by Friday.  Looks like I am not going to be able to do that til the weekend.  My sister is spending the rest of the week with us and the room that she is staying in has the suitcases and our cruise clothes in the closet, so we will have to pack over the weekend.  That is OK.  We will have plenty of time. 

My cat did not turn his clock back - LOL and he has been waking me up at 4:30 every morning.  At least I have been productive, but it would be nice to sleep an extra hour. 

Off to the tanning salon, and then I have to take mom to the cardiologist, then off to work.  Too much fun for one person!

Goodmorning BFF... Goodluck with your packing.. I didn't touch it at all this morning. I did locate my TSA locks for the luggage so that's cool. This morning after work, I had the maintenence men come and retile the shower. They were supposed to come and do it last monday but they no call no showed... I was up til 1030ish then I couldn't stand it anymore and I went to bed... I was out like a light. Poor cat of yours is out off track. Hope your moms appointment went well... Hey there BFF, I love our chat... I mean, we have been at this now for months and im very happy to have the chance to get to know you before our cruise. I wish we would have had some more enthusiastic people on regularly but that's ok too.. Im still looking foward to meeting up with everyone on the first day at sea which will be on November 16th at the Piano Bar. Did we decide a time yet for this meeting? Hope that you have a great day my friend... I can say that I am all packed up for the big trip, and I will bring my 1 piece, Yes I said 1 piece of luggage with me tonight to work to be weighed on the freight scale so that I can see how heavy it is. I will bring along with that 1 carry on bag so I think it all worked out.. I didn't want to spend 100 roundtrip for my luggage... TTYL
