Okay, so we're all really ready to leave the cold behind and have some fun.  I think I've seen a small handful of people(minniemisssu, pinkbikergirl1, nc surfer...) who have said that they're going on this cruise!  There has to be more of us!  We're getting short time here folks, and I cannot believe that there's going to only be about a dozen or so people on this ship!  Who else is in?  Everyone ready for those Drink of the Day cards?  The casino?  The late night buffets?  Warm weather?!!!

Awesome!  Coming with family or friends?  It's just the hubby and I this time.  The kids are staying with my parents!  We're expecting flurries today, but no accumulation of snow.  Did you get any of the wicked weather a few weeks ago, twisters and such?  If so I expect that you ARE ready to leave.

15 days ,CAN'T WAIT,ready for some fun in the sun.Son and his Sweety already packed ,my wife and myself still have a Texas trip to go before the cruise. Hopefull to lose this cold I caught this week soon,I'm sure warm weather and salt air will help with that.This will be our 5Th cruise . 

This is great!  There are people going on this cruise!  I was beginning to wonder.  The cold will definitely get burned out of you!  Nothing like a little sunshine to perk you up.  We've all had Noro Virus here in MD, and hopefully no one will bring it on the ship so we can get it again.  The cruise ships seem to breed it!  Nothing a little hand washing won't prevent though. 

My hubby is on cruise 2, and this is my third.  We've been booked since late last June, so we're more than ready to go!  I'm mostly packed, because I certainly can't wear anything I'm taking around home now!  We had flurries this morning.  I'm so done with winter.  The East Coast has had nasty weather this winter, but not much snow.  It sort of makes winter just not worth having unless I get a good 6 inches of snow on the ground!  I know most people laugh at the amount, but we don't get much anymore.  Damn global warming!

Carnival is so addicting, aren't they?  If you're going to be addicted to something, at least it's not harming you or anyone else.  I'm on my third, and hubby is on his second.  I went years ago with my ex.  That was such a painful trip!  He was not much fun, but my new hubby is much more fun to be with.  We really enjoyed the last one together.  That was to Nassau too.  It's really beautiful.  The shopping is great, and the water is such a pretty color.  I'm really looking forward to HMC.  It will be so nice to just be a bum for the day.  Nothing planned anywhere.  We just need to relax and take it at our own pace this time.

We did this same trip last Feb.2008 loved HMC and the turks can't wait. The trip was on the Imagination we had a great time and met some fantastic people. This will be our first balcony really looking forward to that .Carnival is very addicting but Oh Well.

This will be our first balcony as well.  The last 2 cruises were Fantasy class for me as well (Fascination in 1995 and Sensation last year).  Both were very nice, but I'm really looking forward to the larger ship.  We're also very high in the ship this time (Spa Deck).  Everyone says it's great to be up top, but I'm a little nervous.  I get a little sea sick, but I do have things for it packed.  My other concern would be foot traffic.  There is really no need for people to be going by our room to get from one place to another, but you never know.  This is one of the newly renovated rooms that the balcony was added to last fall.  Hopefully tey did a good job.  I haven't heard any complaints.

"The first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem."  I don't think I want to recover from a cruise addiction!  It only hurts our wallets!   

Can't wait to cruise.Glad there are others going as well.we'd be kind a bored with just a few of us..lol.we leave sometime sat for fl..weather here is supposed to get bad..pray it's after we leave.bf is stuck in indianna trucking and won't make it back till sat..he's got to get some sleep before we leave so plans have changed a little.we will be ok as long as we make it to fl on mon for our motel reservation.can't wait to leave behind the cold snow.pray for us..lol..see you on board.

We are soooo ready to go!!!  10 more days!   We actually fly out next friday and get to spend a couple days with my parents.  Gonna leave the kids with them for the week.  Going to take them to Sea World before sailing away!   Weather is getting nicer here, so hoping that by the time we get back spring will be in the air!

I saw Geese flying north this morning!  Maybe it will be better when we get back!  We're getting hit with cold again early next week!  Brrrrr...  I'm so tired of the cold!

Tomorrow is single digits!!!  My husband tried to say our countdown clock was getting slow.  I told him he was full of it!  The days are ticking off rather quickly for me, and I know it'll be here before I realize.  Next week will be a busy one, so it'll keep moving.

Sea World is so awesome!  I wish I was going with you too!  Isn't it nice when you can leave the kids with family and be "grown ups" instead of Mom and Dad?!  I love my kids, but we need this!  We should get together for drinks or something on board.

Seeing single digits will help drive it home that we're almost there.  I'll spend next week at work preparing to be out for a week, getting everyone prepped to cover my job and all.

If "it" is the desire to get the hell out of the office and go cruising, then yes, I am quite full of it!

My wife is a karaoke goddess, so yes, you will see us there.  If I get enough DoD's in me, I may be singing, too.  I feel sorry for anyone in the bar when that happens.
