We are doing the Adventure Canals, Rainforest and Banana Plantation in Costa Rica booked through the cruise line.  On one of the blogs I read, the Tortuguero Canals and Rainforest were mentioned as "not to be missed".  In Panama we are taking the Two Oceans by Railroad shore excursion booked through the cruise line.  I read many blogs that mentioned this tour as a very good one and it also was mentioned as "not to be missed".  In Cozumel we booked our own tour through Island Marketing Ltd.  We will be driving dune buggies to the other side of the Island and while snorkeling they fix a wonderful lunch.  I also read blogs mentioning this shore excursion company as being excellent.  Hope this info helps.  We are looking forward to this exciting vacation and hope to meet many great friends!  We are also traveling with family including a mother-in-law and sister-in-law and kids.  cruisn with the Myers.

 We've been to Costa Rica before, but not this tour.  The reviews sound great and he is very mindful of the ship's time.
