Definitley true. I confirmed through my PVP that Carnival has indeed suspended all European sailings. There won't be another one until the Carnival Magic makes its inaugural sailing, and the date for the Magic to be finished isn't firm yet. Personally, I've never sailed with anyone but Carnival, but as I've been shopping around it looks like Norweigan Cruise Lines has the best deal in Europe.
