John Heald's schedule... FINALLY!

Here's what I found on a recent blog - copied & pasted. Unfortunately, it appears to be confirmed John will not be on the Splendor with us on April 19.

JANUARY 8 2009 - JANUARY 31ST - CRUISE DIRECTOR CARNIVAL DESTINY

FEBRUARY 7 - 12 - HOST BLOGGERS CRUISE ON CARNIVAL FANTASY

APRIL 12 - FLY HOME TO HAVE A THINGY………..well, Heidi will have the Thingy, I will be on the floor with a large bosomed nurse standing over me slapping my face trying to make me recover from my fainting session.

We just got back from Valor and John was so funny the entire cruise!! He told so many great jokes and kept us laughing everyday. Love to go back just to see and hear him again!!

Rufaeldawg, Is it true that John Heald will be the Cruise Director in the last two sailings of Holiday and will be hosting the biggest retirement bash. I could not verify that from Canival but the rumor is consistant and will not go away. Could you shed some light on it... Thanks.

John will be CD on the Dream starting Jan 23rd thru March

According to the schedule on Heald's blog, he is supposed to be on the Legend from September until mid-November, meaning he would completely miss the last of the Holiday sailings. Heald himself makes no mention of it on his blog that I can find (and I've done all the advanced digging I know how to do). Until I see proof, I won't believe it. Although if it's just the last two sailings, I guess that doesn't help me anyway, now does it?

I'm sailing on the Freedom Aug 23rd to 29th. According to the schedule, it says Ralph Valente on 8/23, John Heald off 8/29.

I'm hooooping this means that Heald will be the CD for the week. Both names are written in red, whatever that means. :-\

It looks like he'll be on the Legend cruise I'm booked on, Oct 18. What an unexpected bonus for me, as well as my friend, who will be enjoying her first cruise! Any other John Heald fans on the Legend that week?
