Ahh the Liberty was fun but the ports of call were the best.
I traveled with my 3 kids, at the time they were 27, 20, and 10, and my 8 year old granddaughter. Everyone had a blast - my son (10) and I shared a cabin of our own, so we had the "guys" cabin, the girls were next door. The girls loved the big movie screen on the Lido Deck, and would hang out in the hot tub watching movies at night.
My 20 year old was like a lost puppy - but she usually is anyways. My son is the king of ship - always on his own, especially when he's bored at Camp Carnival. My granddaughter loved Camp Carnival, but it wasn't as fun for her as the Disney Cruise we took her on for her 8th birthday. My eldest daughter needed to learn to relax away from her daughter - she did better on our Spirit Cruise 5 months later.
I haven't been on a Carnival cruise yet where I didn't have fun, even though it took me until my 10th cruise to get up the nerve to Karaoke.
