Hi:  This will be our first cruise.  In fact, it will be our first vacation alone in 30 years.  We have always traveled with our children, even now that they're all adults.  I have been getting a lot of good advise from reading lots of the questions and comments in this site and it's a big help.  I was just wondering about tipping.  I read where lots of people tip all through the cruise in order to get better service, which sounds good to me.  Should we tip our waiter before our dinner or after dinner?  I'm sure this sounds like a silly question, but I would really appreciate your help.  We're really getting excited about this cruise.  Thanks for any help that comes along.

We always do the pre-paid tips and then will give extra as warrented at the end of the cruise.
