I have enough info. on dinner and seating times, but I don't see much about how early breakfast is served or late (as I like to sleep in), and lunch is there a specific time these dining rooms are open?  ship Miracle

1. You can have breakfast and lunch on the lido deck practically open all hours the dining room has early hours for sit down breakfast and lunch hours I thin are usuallt from 1130-130. We usually ate those at the lido though You also have the option of room service if you know what time you want it to be delivered in the morming

Watch your Carnival Capers, because days at sea, they usually stay open a little later in the morning for sleepyheads.  Port days they will serve a little earlier for the folks that want to leave the ship for excursions.  On port days the dining rooms aren't usually open for lunch, but the buffet is open.
