    Upgrading Cabins

I am fairly new at this but, we would like to upgrade from a balcony stateroom to a suite...could anyone tell me the process to do this?  I booked online and have never spoken to anyone in person.

    Re: Upgrading Cabins

    Clarks866,

The easiest way to upgrade might be to call a PVP (personal vacation planner).  Mine is Ava, and you can reach her at 1-800-819-3902 X 85615.  She is very helpful, and if she is not available, she will call you back right away.  Hope this helps!

    Happy Cruising,
    Kristina

I have never booked on-line, but I would assume that you could go into the "my reservations" area on Carnival. com and then to "manage bookings" and try that way.  The easies might be to contact a Carnival PVP.  Mine is Shelly DeSio at 1-800-819-3902 x 85770 or email at mdesio@carnivalpvp.com.
