I have been on many Carnival cruises, and found them all beautiful, I am considering cruising on the Freedom, I love the 8 day Costa Rica  itinery, but I don't seem to be crazy about the decor of the ship and neither is my husband, who has loved all of the Carnival decor!, many of the reviews I have read seem to be negative ones, I would love some opinions of this ship, thank you!

Just wanted to say I was definitely mistaken! I was able to veiw the ship fully, on a website, with my husband, and I found the ship to be beautiful! I was so happy, and will definitely be booking it soon!!!!!

We are booked to go to the Western itenerary March 14th 2009. We are looking forward to it.

I cruised on the Freedom the end of last Nov and I thought the ship was beautiful.  I'd cruise on her again.  It was right after thanksgiving and the ship was all decorated for christmas.  It was funny seeing a christmas tree and palm trees at the same time, haha.

I loved it so much I want to go again, it's an 8 day, but this time it's the Freedom going there, I'm so glad you really enjoyed yourself, yes it is weird going holiday time to the Caribbean, I was there for Halloween, and what a party they had, it was fabulous! the costumes were really spectacular! well thanks so much again, for writing hope your already have another one booked!!!!!!! 

Hi Sharron, I feel the same as as you, I'm sure the ship is beautiful, just like the others, but what's nice is it's New! and also to be honest I'm just happy to be cruising, and not working! your cruise sounds wonderful, have a fantastic time!

hey pug we are lookin into cruisin on the 8 day aug  sailing also i wanted to se the canal thats thereason we chose that trip plus we wanted to see the new ship also hehehehehe

Thanks, I hope so too. Only 17 days left before we leave. I am taking my 17 year old daughter with me this is her grad and our birthday gifts (December 6 and 7). Have you ever been to Rome, Italy...the Vatican????
