We are booked on the 2-01-09 cruise from Tampa . Anyone going if so what excursions are you taking?

Not entirely sure I will be able to go. But, I have paid a down payment and I'm pretty excited. I have to make sure I get time off work, same for my girlfriend who will be joining me... hopefully. I plan on doing some snorkeling and snuba, not so much into touring around on land. How about you?

My mistake

We are booked for Mar 1st 2009 not Feb. 

We are booked on the Legand for Feb 1st. It will be our third sailing on the Legand. Its was our first ship that we cruised on and loved it. We sailed on the Liberty once and have tried Princess once. We are looking forward to traveling on the Legand once again. The ports of call look great.

 

We are also booked- we're going with another couple to celebrate our 40th anniversary but also taking our two adult daughters.  I am trying to book excursions but gettting frustrated because the choices so far are very limited.  I know what we would like to do according to the list on the site but none of them are showing up yet to be booked.  since this is our first cruise experience what should we expect?  Will more be showing up or is what's there all there will be?  thanks.

This is also my first cruise, but I'm pretty sure more bookings will show up. Carnival wants your money in advance. What I'm going to do is continue reading through similar forums. I've already seen a lot of info on better rates on different events that can be arranged directly with vendor's that carnival might not be associated with.

 I called the excursions desk today and was told that by the end of October all available excursions will be posted. I so want to do Xcaret in Cozumel. I hope its available. I want to go to gumbalinda park in Honduras and to the altun ha ruins in Belize. So im keeping my fingers crossed that I will be able to do these excursions. ..

 This is our 3rd cruise. 1st time on the legend Im so excited. I cant wait... .

Ya I see on the info page that the excursions should be available about 120 days out. I hope you enjoy the Legand as much as we have.
