A monkeyhead is a carved coconut with a drink inside that you can get onboard your ship.  When you are done with the drink, the coconut doubles as a coin bank.  The Monkeyhead Wasters Club is for cruisers who buy these monkeyheads.  They are very expensive and if you buy them you are considered to "waste" money.

DH = Darling Husband (or darn if you're upset)

You can also use DW, DS, DD (wife, son, daughter, etc.)

DOD = Drink Of the Day

It is a tropical/fruity drink that is served on the Lido deck at a reduced price (if you want to call it that).  It can be purchased in a souvenir glass or the standard disposable cup.  The DOD is different from day to day.

Good luck and happy cruising!  Paradise

See I was under the impression that being a monkeyhead was a state of mind, and that you become "official" when you get a drink in the monkeyhead. I'm going to get the monkeyhead regardless of the cost, but the op made it sound like it was going to cost an arm and a leg to get it. LOL

Debbie to become a true MonkeyHead all you have to do is to go to the user group MonkeyHead and sign in. Yes you are right it is a state of mind and the cost of a coconut MonkeyHead on board is about $16. Join us and waste money on cruises.

Honey, I'm already there. I AM a monkeyhead, the only thing left is my monkeyhead drink. Already signed into the club, and took my vows. And I believe my choice of cabin proves that I'm a waster. LOL
