Freeport Itineraries to change due to Port Construction???

There's reportedly a letter from Carnival to TA's indicating that due to Freeport Harbor construction, for some ships/sailings the Freeport day/port-times will be changing and in some cases the port changed from Freeport to Key West. Anyone have info or specifics? thanks, Ken
