My family and I went on Victory on Aug 9th and it was our first time....we had a great time and the service was awesome and they were very nice and friendly. I also read reviews and was keeping an extra eye to see if I seen what the many reviews stated. It was our first time and we had a blast. Just the cruise alone was awsome. My husband and I enjoyed just kicking back(while the kids were out and about) with a drink and sitting in the lounge where the band was playing and we also enjoyed the piana bar. That was fun.
What made it more special and fun is we met another couple here online that was going on the Victory at the same time and they had kids. Well after several conversations we ended up arranging out dinners together. It was really cool!!
As far as being cold....I do not like being cold and I was warned that it is very cold on the boat and that was no joke. So yea might want to bring along something to keep you warm.
have fun....can't wait till I go back on a cruise.
