The actual monkeyhead is a coconut carved to look like a monkeys head, and they can be purchased on ALL carnival cruises
We always tell cruiser's to ask a Lido deck server for the exact day that they will be used for the "DOD" Drink of the Day, cause they usually go rather fast on most cruises
