Go on your tenth cruise, or book an expensive suite.

You either have to be booked in a suite, category 11 or higher or you have to have sailed 10 or more times with carnival. I booked the suite, it was worth it.

book a suite or sail on your 10th fabulous cruise with carnival, the suite has to be category 11 or higher.

Unless you are sailing on a Fantasy Class ship or the Holiday, a cabin on the Verandah Deck is a Balcony cabin, NOT a suite.

It must be a category 11 or 12 to qualify for VIP embarkation.

Having VIP Boarding is pretty cool!! I had it when we went on our Honeymoon only because we wanted a Balcanoy...never realized really that we got a Suite on the Fantasy our of New Orleans. I still have my VIP pass.....they didn't take it.

vicci, most all of the suites are located on the empress deck. Suites are decided by the category, 11 or 12. Check and see what category you booked.
