can't make payment on website

I booked my cruise through a PVP but was wanting to make a payment on the website. I keep getting an error - 5187: Invalid Agency or Alternate Agency. Any ideas on why this is happening?

Past Experience has shown that if you pay by credit card by phone, you must continue to do so.

You will need to contact your Carnival PVP directly to process your final payment.

Carnival has responded to this before. If you book with a PVP you must make payments thru a PVP.
