    Re: Dzibilchaltun Ruins

I booked the tour with my wife and brother and me since we didnt get a chance to goto Cozumel with the ships motor was messed up  and had a great time and would do it again. The tour guide was great and knew alot. His name was Ceaser. The bus had a bottle of water in the seat for you to drink while you tour the ruins and a shop to buy stuff and cokes and snacks which was a dollar. I took around 3 hours to do and the pond was nice to soak in except for the fish nibbleing on you.

You will stil have time to look around town or shop around at the shops by the ship if you want to. I think we left at 10:00 and got back at 1:00.

Did you have any problems with making sure you got back in time for your boat?  That is my only hesitation with using autoprogresso instead of the cruise excursion.

    Thx

Auto Progresso is a good company to book through.  You can book it right at the port and they make sure you are back to the ship on time.  The only warning...if you want to buy stuff at the open air markets make sure you get it before leaving for the ruins as they will take you right back to the ship area.
