This is the first Carnival Cruise that I have taken with my entire family. I have been going on review web sites concerning this ship and I have read nothing but horror stories. Bad service, awful food, ship old. I'm just a little concerned. Did I make the right choice by booking on Carnival?

My husband and I are just trying to take everything in stride. We have only sailed on Royal Carribean.

Carnival itself is great.  I don't know about your ship.  I have only been on bad Carnival Cruise and that was a short Bahama jaunt.  If your reviews are bad, you are booked far enough in advance that you could probably chang your ship to a newer one. Call your PVP at carnival for more info.
