 Can you tell me is there is going to be VIP check in at Dover, Mischelle there has been trying to sort since mid may, and our docs should read VIP (my 11th cruise and sons 10th) but am being told it is an IT problem and she is still waiting to hear back from them, this has been going on for ages now and we sail on July 10th, so really want to get it sorted this week and dont like to keep chasing Mischelle as i am sure she is doing her best. Booking number is 2WQ080. I cannot be the only platinum holder, so is it not working just for me or everyone.

Yes we will be providing VIP embarkation in Dover.  However, since its a new port for us our system was automatically set up for it.  The problem should be correct shortly but even if it isn't corrected prior to your sailing you should still report to the VIP area as originally instructed.  You can carry a copy of your sailing history with you if you'd like but the pier is forwarded a list of VIP guests prior to sailing and both you and your son will be on it.
