    Clear kayak and Gumbalimba park

I noticed that this excursion says we would have ONE HOUR to tour the park after going kayaking, but other excursions mention transportation leaving to and from the ship every 30 minutes. Has anyone taken this particular excursion that could tell me if we have the option of staying later? Would like to see the beaches (not sure how far Tabayana is from Gumbalimba).

We went to Gumbalina Park for the monkeys and birds. After the tour, we were allowed to stay at the park for as long as we wanted. Shuttles to the pier leave every time that there are 20 people waiting to leave. I think the last shuttle is at 1:45 boat time.

Stay at the park as long as you can. It's great. The park is beautiful. There is a great pool. The beach is o.k. at the park. Take lots of pictures on the way to the park. Roatan is beautiful.

We are traveling for the first time to Roatan and I also wanted answers to your exact question!  Still wondering if anyone knows if Tabayana beach is part of Gumbalimba or within walking distance and is there a charge to enter Tabayana beach?   We are considering the clear kayak or the pirates, birds and monkeys tour.  Has anyone done either one of these and what did ya'll think?

Just returned- Tabyana was about 15 minutes away. But the beach at Gumbalimba is beautiful, the coral reef and fish are beautiful. Kayaking was a little tougher for someone in my bad shape, but still fun! Buses leave every time 20 people are there to fill one (every few minutes), and we were allowed to stay as long as we wanted.
