I will be at Roatan on 6/27 with the Legend.  Wondering if anyone knows if there are car rentals available at the Carnival pier?  If so do you know what company?  Thanks for any suggestions.

I was in Roatan last October on the Legend and there is nothing at the pier, not even a building, although there was a rendering of what will eventually be a cruise port. Even the small village had nothing but some small shops selling trinkets. I'm sure there are some on the island (maybe at or near the airport) but you might have to do a internet search to see and maybe have them pick you up at the cruise port if you want to rent one. There were however plenty of taxis to take you where you wanted to go. Enjoy your cruise!
